Daily water intake is important!

Our body is made up of 70+% water. Not only do the organs within the body need constant hydration this also includes filtration to the hair, skin, nails etc. Water is like needing an oil change on a car. We can go without it for a little while and it will show you all the signs that it’s time for fluid before it just gives up. Our body is the same way. Don’t ignore the signs! In addition to staying hydrated, water can provide natural energy by drinking it daily, less headaches if due to dehydration (most are) and could end or help to curb constant hunger cravings. Several people mistake poor water intake for being hungry but really their dehydrated. Just sharing some friendly advice, WATER is your bodies best friend.
